Frank has 15 years of experience in the financial services operations, engineering, program and account management and information systems sectors. Frank is responsible for leading the daily operations of NewGround’s National Accounts Retail Operations group located in Portsmouth, NH. His overall focus is developing, managing, implementing and supporting large-scale, regional to national rollout programs for branding, environmental graphics and merchandising. He most recently served in a similar capacity at PWCampbell and prior to that at BrandPartners. Frank has influenced over 12,000 branch locations worldwide ranging in scale from community to regional, super-regional and national. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Soil and Environmental Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Environmental Biophysics from Cornell University.

Corti replaces Bob Mannion, Executive Vice President, Build, who retired from the company after 40 years of service at NewGround.

Prior to joining NewGround, Eric served as Executive Vice President of Construction at DEI Incorporated, where he managed departmental professionals in pre-construction, strategy, and project management.
Previous to this, Eric worked at WD Partners, helping top retailers and restaurants enhance customer experiences through strategy and design. Eric has worked on projects ranging from high-end retail stores to multi-million dollar commercial buildings. His thorough understanding of retail design and construction allows him to build retail spaces and environments that build upon and improve customer relationships. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.

Prior to joining NewGround, Joe held the position of Regional Director with KDA Holdings, providing financial institutions with strategic solutions to meet their facility objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in Boston, MA.
